FS2004 Arrow Cargo Douglas DC-10

Arrow Cargo’s Douglas DC-10-30 repaint brings a classic widebody freighter to FS2004 with a detailed virtual cockpit, authentic GE soundset, and a tuned flight model. The SGA package adds dynamic wing flex that responds to phase of flight and weather, plus animated passenger and cargo doors for more lifelike operations.

A repaint of the SGA DC10-30 aircraft model, offering "dynamic flexing wings", which are affected by the current phase of flight and atmospheric conditions. Model by Fraser Turner, Erick Cantu and Jonathan Stewart. FDE by Fraser Turner and Rick Fisher. Original panel by Staffan Ahlberg. Modifications by Mike Baumann and Fraser Turner. GE sounds by Erick Cantu. Repaint by Mohammed Al-Khalifa.

Installation:

  1. Copy "Arrow DC10" folder into your FS2004 Aircraft directory.
  2. Copy the contents of Effects folder into your FS2004 Effects Folder.
  3. Copy the contents of gauges folder into your FS2004 Gauges Folder.
  4. In order for you to take advantage of the several animations on our aircraft, you must ensure that you have a key bound to your 'Wing Fold' Command. Go to the Options-> Controls-> Assignments menu -At the bottom of the "General aircraft commands", you will find the "wing fold" command, If you don't have this command, do the following Change Assignments-> press Shift+F ->OK .

The passenger doors animate with the following commands; L2= Shift+E, L1= Shift+E+2 The cargo doors and galley service doors open with the FOLDING WING command.

FS2004 add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
