FSX Junker Ju-290 Mods

Junkers Ju-290 camera and weapon-effects package sharpens the long-range reconnaissance experience in FSX with configurable views, a tailgunner internal perspective, and extra exterior angles. It adds swingable dorsal guns with full traverse plus flak clouds, explosions, and bow and rear gun effects, and requires JUNKERSJU290.ZIP.

Cameras and weapon effects for the German long-range reconnaissance aircraft Junker Ju-290. Requires JUNKERSJU290.ZIP from W. Dickens and A.F. Scrub. Both guns on the back of the fuselage can be inserted; they can be swung around for 360 degrees. There is also an internal view of the tailgunner plus some external views. Effects for flakclouds, explosions, bow and rearguns are included. Configuration by Erwin Welker.

FSX Installation:

Copy all the lines from the file "cameras&light&smoke-effects.cfg" somewhere into the aircraft.cfg.
Copy the Effects into the main directory of FSX; overwrite YES.
That's all!

All the weapon effects are from unknown authors. I cant't find out from whom they are.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
