Adapted specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it includes only the customized texture files authored by Frank McCall, so the official base model must be acquired separately from the Fly Away Simulation library if you have not already installed it.

Delta Airlines, renowned for operating an extensive fleet of short-to-medium-haul aircraft, commonly deploys the Boeing 737-800 across domestic and regional routes. The aircraft’s twin-engine architecture, combined with its balanced fuel economy, makes it a preferred choice for many airlines seeking cost-effective flights with comfortable cabin dimensions. This repaint reflects the distinctive Delta livery, showcasing sophisticated logos and precise color placements reminiscent of their real-world fleet.

Installation Procedure

• Extract the downloaded archive into a temporary folder on your computer.
• Locate “Texture.HapL” (or whichever folder name matches the Delta textures within the package), and move it to the appropriate aircraft directory. By default, that is:
  C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\B737_800
• Open the aircraft.cfg file for the 737-800, then copy and paste the snippet below immediately after the final [fltsim.x] entry.
• Adjust the “X” in “[fltsim.X]” to the subsequent available number, for instance “[fltsim.8]” if 7 is the last existing entry.
