Simply copy a texture folder in the Captainsim 757 directory (SimObjects\Airplanes\757-200_Captain).
Name this folder 'texture.ohio'.
Mind that this need to be a Rolls Royce engined version. (For instance 'usarw' or 'mnrch').
Copy the contents of 'america west.ohio' into your newly copied folder.
Open your aircraft.cfg (SimObjects\Airplanes\757-200_Captain/aircraft.cfg).
Add the lines in the file 'aircraft.cfg.txt' right below the last aircraft entry and replace the 'XX' to the first number following.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.
Verify in FSX

Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.
