Highlight and copy following text into C: > Program Files > Microsoft Games > FSX > SimObjects > Airplanes > C172 > aircraft.CFG. (Use notepad)

Replace the X in [fltsim.X] with the next number i.e. if last entry is fltsim.9 make this one fltsim.10! Just replace X with new number. Click save.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Add livery to base aircraft folder

Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.
Update aircraft.cfg

Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.
