To install simply put the AF2GAP3_EDDT.bgl file into the folder located under the Addon Scenery and then to the Scenery folder. The Changes will take place the next time you start the flight simulator.

To uninstall go to the file and delete it. The default airport AFCAD will then be used.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
