FSX VikingAir Tupolev TU-134A SuperPerformer

VikingAir’s Tupolev Tu-134A SuperPerformer brings a classic Soviet twinjet to FSX with punchy Soloviev D-30-II turbofan audio, an English 2D panel and a clear virtual cockpit view. A tuned aircraft.cfg refines handling, included smoke effects add period exhaust and heat haze, and pushback steering improves ground control.

Installation:

  • Simply unzip the aircraft file to your desktop and put the 1Tu134 folder in to your Aircraft folder.
  • Copy the file inside the smoke folder into the main EFFECT FSX folder. You will now have black Heat and smoke after the engines once you power up the engines.
  • Remember to press "I" for the smoke/heat. This can take up to 30 seconds to function. This is how it really looks back i the 1990`s when this magnificent aircraft was operating from Copenhagen Airport where I work (EKCH) to Moscow.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
