Use the PMDG Livery Manager to install:

Unzip the downloaded file to extract the .ptp livery file.
Start the PMDG Livery Manager
Select the 800NGX WL in the left panel.
Click on the 'Select Livery to Install' button.
In the window that opens, direct Livery Manager to the .ptp file extracted in step 1 above.
Livery Manager will manage install from there.

Note:

Some minor mistake that I can't fix, because it will make the paint worse. I tried to fix it, but it makes the paint worse.
Fuselage 1 bump and spec: the dirt near the forward door can't be erased. Also, there will be another door step plate mark.
Tail bump and spec: engine oil access marks.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.
Verify in FSX

Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.
