FSX United Airlines Airbus A321 1980s textures. This is another fictional repaint for the default A321. This United Airlines livery was introduced in circa 1980 and used until 1993. United Airlines did not have A321s in service. However, United Airlines have A319s and A320s in service. So here is a repaint as if an A321 got into service for United Airlines in the 1980s. How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

    Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.

  3. Update aircraft.cfg

    Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
