Lanai Airport (PHNY) scenery brings a rustic, Hawaiian-style terminal and an understated “sleepy island” atmosphere to Lanai City, with refined landscaping, refreshed parking areas, and practical runway-end turnouts for smoother ground operations. Remade and tuned for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, it delivers a cohesive, authentic small-airport look across the field.

This scenery is a remake of my original Lanai scenery for FS2002, which was way to overdone for this sleepy little airport. It now contains a very quaint, rustic Hawaiian styled airport which has been made and updated to work in FS2004. There are a few changes in the landscaping and updated car parks have been used. Since there are no turnouts at the ends of the runway in FS I have also provided these. By: Bill Melichar.

How to install this mod

FS2004 scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
