Installation Process and Considerations

1. Extract the new “texture.XXX” folder into your existing Project Open Sky CRJ-900 aircraft directory.
2. Copy the configuration details from the included Aircraft.cfg section and paste them into your main CRJ-900 Aircraft.cfg file.
3. Adjust the entry ([fltsim.X]) to the correct consecutive number for proper integration.
4. Verify that both “model=” and “sim=” lines correspond accurately with the model and AIR file in the CRJ-900 folder.
5. Afterward, load up the simulator and enjoy realistic short-haul trips.

This repaint is distributed in 32-bit format and does not include Mip-Maps, ensuring sharp texture fidelity across all viewpoints.

Base Package Requirement

Please note that this livery repaint does not contain the full aircraft model. The freeware Project Open Sky CRJ-900 base package is required prior to installation, which is available in the Fly Away Simulation library. Once the base files are installed, these textures will override the default scheme with Air One’s authentic design.
