Move the "stcross" directory to your Addon scenery folder. Install scenery in the normal way. (eg Run FSX - Settings - scenery library - ADD area).
All models were created using GMAX. I believe this model is fairly frame rate friendly as I've used a few LOD levels and the minimum number of texture files in there creation. This scenery has be designed to fit with the Generation X Photographic Scenery for the area. All the models are impressions of the real buildings they portray as I rarely managed to get accurate dimensions during their construction.
