Havre-St-Pierre Airport (CYGV) in Quebec comes to life with an accurate Gmax rendition guided by current aeronautical references and photos, featuring a detailed terminal, hangars, fuel facilities, gates, fences, signage, and dedicated helicopter start points. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it adds convincing local character for regional and rotorcraft operations.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Aeroport de Havre St-Pierre, Quebec, Canada. This scenery is a rendition of Havre-St-Pierre (CYGV) airport using Gmax. Information available in the latest official aeronautical publications and pictures was used as guide in order to reproduce buildings and other custom 3D objects as accurately as possible. What's new in this version ?

First release.

Terminal, hangars , fuel tank, fuel truck, gates, fences and signs.

Nota: starting points R01 and R02 are starting points for helos.

Installation:

***IMPORTANT***
If you have installed ANY scenery of CYGV.
then you must disabled it into FSX.

*STEP-1

If you are using a prior version of the CYGV airport, you must unsinstall it before installing version 1.0.
After unzipping "cygvv10.zip", you get a "cygv" folder, "Scenery" and "Texture" subfolders.
You are now ready to activate the scenery in Flight Simulator.

*STEP-2:
Activate the scenery in Flight Simulator's Scenery Library.

Start Flight Simulator.
1. Choose the menu item "Setting/Scenery Library".
2. Click on "Add area".
3. Browse to your "cyzv" directory.
4. Click "OK".

The scenery is now installed .

This scenery is FREEWARE.
1- This Scenery may be freely distributed as long as it's distribution is FREE and that all files are present and not modified in any way.
2- Redistribution for re-sale on various types of media such as, but not limited to, CD-ROMS/DVDs/Zip disks is strictly PROHIBITED.

4- None of those files or their content, total or partial, can be used for other purpose without the author's written consent.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
