FSX Long Beach Scenery

Long Beach Scenery, California (CA). A scenery enhancement for the default KLGB scenery. Updates the terminal, cargo ramps for Long Beach airport. Some eye candy included. By Scott Peterson.

Here is my second attempt on re-designing an airport. Most of the taxiways are in accordance with airport diagrams. I used some satellite imagery as a reference for the airport and surrounding areas. I tried to place the gates as they are in real life. Some of the scenery remains default and other buildings were added. I added the UPS ramp, though I am not sure it is in use. Adjusting the scenery levels will affect the cars in the parking lot. I also included slots for two more airlines (Allegiant and Frontier) which will begin service in the summer 2010.

The airport is under major construction. Some of the old hangers and building to the north have been knocked down. The terminal is under renovation and expansion, though not simulated here. I left all the taxiways in-tact while construction is continuing.

To install:
Add the two bgl files to you add-on scenery folder. In most instances it should look like this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\scenery

Please let me know how it turned out. I beta tested it but may have missed some things.

This scenery should run fine on FSX. Not tested with FS2004. Designed with ADE utility ver 1.46.
