FSX Jackson-Evers Airport Scenery

Jackson–Evers International Airport (KJAN) scenery refreshes the default Jackson, Mississippi field in Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2 with updated gates, airline-accurate parking, active jetways, and improved cargo and military ramp layouts. Built with Airport Design Editor, it adds extra airside details for a more authentic, fully working airport environment.

Jackson-Evers Airport.

Jackson-Evers Airport.

I took the default airport and made all jetways visible and can be called to the jet by pressing CNTRL-J. I also added some extras to make it a little more like a real airport. Corrected the gates for the correct airlines. Gates for Delta, US Airways, Southwest, Continental and American Airlines. Cargo ramps for UPS and DHL and Military. Works well with WoAI.

TO INSTALL: Extact the KJAN folder to your MAIN FSX Addon Scenery folder. Start FSX and go into your settings, Then scenery area and click on add area. find the KSNA folder and add.

I hope you enjoy my work.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
  3. Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
