FSX Wattisham Tower Fix Facility

Wattisham Army Airfield (EGUW) gets a simple scenery correction that relocates the default control tower from the runway centerline to a more accurate position, improving airfield layout and taxi visuals during operations. Designed for FSX, it uses a single BGL file to align the facility with real-world placement.

Wattisham Tower Fix. This file moves the default tower at Wattisham Army base in the UK (EGUW) from the middle of the runway to closer to its true location. By Trevor Hannant.

Copy the EGUW_ADEX_TAH.bgl file to your Addon Scenery > scenery folder. That's all!

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
