Furstenfeldbruck Air Base (ETSF) brings “Fursty” near Munich to life in FSX with accurate taxiways, plentiful parking, and German-style shelters, tower, and key buildings for authentic military operations. Built with ADE X and stock objects, it reflects the Luftwaffe airfield’s training and fast-jet heritage and requires included Malte Deja and Wolfgang Schroeder object libraries.

A military jet with blue tail markings flies low over a patchwork of fields and buildings near a large airport runway.

Furstenfeldbruck Air Base v1. Furstenfeldbruck AB (ETSF) called Fursty is located in southern Germany near the city of Munich/Bavaria. Fursty AB was the home of the Luftwaffe wing Waffenschule 50 (Weapon school 50). In 1978 the wing was renamed into Jagdbombergeschwader 49 (FBW 49). Flewn aircraft were the FIAT G-91 until 1982 and thereafter the Alphajet until closure of the wing in 1997. 2003 the base was closed. There were also Piaggio P-149 aircraft based at Fursty because of the training progams for Pilots and Weaponsystomofficers of flying the Tornado and F-4F Phantom. This scenery are done with ADE X 1.50 and objects from stock. Also includes German style shelters, the tower and buildings by Malte Deja. It has lots of parking spots and you can taxi everywhere as it is in real. By Uwe Steenweg.

Installation of Malte Deja´s and Wolfgang Schroeder`s buildings:

- unzip the zip file Malte_Dejas_Oblects.zip where ever you want.
- move the content of the folder texture to your FSX/Addon Scenery/texture folder.
- move the content of the folder scenery to your FSX/Addon Scenery/Scenery/folder.

Installation of my work:

-Unzip the files anywhere
-move the two .bgl files of the Folder ETSF_Furstenfeldbruck-AB_V-1 called
ETSF_ADEX_US_V-1.BGL and
ETSF_ADEX_US_V-1_CVX.bgl
to your FSX /Addon Scenery /scenery Folder.

Remove:

Just delete the files from the folders mentioned above.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
