Yes, GSX Pro can show animated passengers boarding and, on supported Microsoft Flight Simulator aircraft, passengers seated inside the cabin. It does not add a cabin to every aeroplane: the aircraft needs a modelled interior and compatible seated-passenger support. Unsupported aircraft may show boarding passengers only.
GSX boarding passengers versus seated passengers
GSX's boarding animation and seated passengers are separate features. We see them confused because both begin with the same boarding service, yet aircraft compatibility determines what happens after each passenger reaches the door.

This applies to supported PC installations of MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024. GSX Pro relies on external PC software and is not available in the Xbox or PlayStation editions.
Why do GSX passengers disappear at the aircraft door?
Passengers disappearing at the door usually means that boarding animation works but seated-passenger integration is unavailable for that aircraft. It is not necessarily a broken installation.
- No modelled cabin: GSX has nowhere to place seated passengers.
- Unsupported aircraft or variant: Support can differ between closely related models, cabin layouts and updates.
- Incorrect aircraft profile: Bad door coordinates can make passengers clip, stop outside or enter through the wrong point.
- Zero or incomplete passenger load: Check the passenger total imported from the flight plan or entered for boarding, then allow boarding to finish.
- Camera or model limitation: Some aircraft load cabin geometry differently between interior and external cameras, or reduce it at distant levels of detail.

How do I show seated passengers in the MSFS cabin?
Use a supported aircraft with a visible cabin, enable GSX passenger display and complete a normal boarding sequence.
- Update GSX Pro: Install available updates through its installer, as aircraft integrations can change independently of MSFS.
- Check the cabin: Open an interior camera before boarding and confirm that the aircraft actually contains seats and cabin geometry.
- Verify the exact variant: Support for one model does not guarantee support for every stretched, freighter or third-party version.
- Check passenger display: Make sure passenger visibility has not been disabled in GSX's settings.
- Load a non-zero passenger count: Import the planned number or enter it through GSX, then start boarding.
- Wait for completion: Inspect the cabin using an interior camera once boarding has finished. Do not rely solely on the external drone camera.
Can an aircraft profile add seated passengers?

Does GSX Pro add a passenger cabin?
No, GSX Pro adds ground-service and passenger functions rather than cabin geometry or camera positions. If the aircraft has no interior, use our guidance on getting a usable passenger-cabin view in MSFS to identify what the aircraft itself must provide.
