Walnut Ridge Regional has three runway alignments, yet instrument approaches serve four of the six runway ends. Four RNAV (GPS) procedures form the core of the set, while the localiser provides a ground-based alternative. The 6,001 ft runway is the longest option, but the other two remain just over 5,000 ft, so changing alignment does not mean accepting a markedly short runway.
Jonesboro Municipal has the nearest comparable breadth of published material, while Kirk Field’s coverage is much thinner; Pocahontas Municipal, Corning Municipal and Newport Regional sit between them. Three sectional charts cover Walnut Ridge, adding wider visual-reference context beyond the airport diagram and terminal approach procedures.
