Approach and runway coverage

Clinton Municipal has published approaches to all four ends of its two runways, rather than concentrating instrument coverage on a single alignment. The six approach plates combine ILS and localiser coverage with RNAV (GPS) and VOR procedures. Runway 03/21 provides 1,003 ft more length than 14/32, so the available runway distance changes materially with the alignment in use.

Nearby chart coverage

Davenport Municipal has a slightly broader procedure set, while Quad Cities International matches Clinton’s overall chart count. Whiteside County has thinner coverage, and the sets for Tri-Township and Maquoketa Municipal are smaller again. The Chicago Sectional supplies the wider VFR context around Clinton that the airport diagram and instrument procedures do not show.
