Vance AFB has published approaches to all six runway ends, rather than concentrating instrument access on a single alignment or direction. The mix of ILS, localiser, RNAV (GPS) and VOR procedures provides several forms of guidance across the three parallel runways. Two runways extend to 9,217 ft, while the third is markedly shorter at 5,024 ft, giving the layout two long strips alongside a more limited-length option.
Enid Woodring Regional has the nearest and broadest neighbouring procedure set, with roughly half as many charts as Vance AFB. The other listed fields have only two to four charts each, making their published coverage much thinner. The Kansas City and Wichita sectionals add the wider VFR setting around Enid that terminal procedure charts do not show.
