Laguna AAF’s three instrument approaches serve only two of its four fixed-wing runway ends, so the published coverage is selective rather than runway-complete. Two RNAV (GPS) procedures provide the main satellite-based coverage, supplemented by one VOR approach. The two asphalt runways are similarly sized at just over 6,000 ft, offering two alignments without a substantial difference in available length. The airport diagram is particularly useful for distinguishing this runway layout from the three separate helipads.
Yuma MCAS/Yuma International has a considerably broader procedure set nearby. Imperial County is comparable in chart count, while Blythe, Brawley Municipal and Cliff Hatfield Memorial have progressively thinner coverage. The Phoenix Sectional adds the wider visual and geographic context absent from the airport-specific instrument procedures.
