St George Regional combines a single 9,300 ft runway with RNAV (GPS) approach coverage at both ends. Arrivals therefore have a published instrument procedure for either runway direction, although the approach provision is entirely GPS-based rather than a mixture of approach types. The runway length supports operations requiring more distance, while the single 01/19 alignment provides no second runway orientation.
Among nearby fields, Cedar City Regional has the most comparable breadth of published procedure coverage. Colorado City Municipal and Kanab Municipal have smaller sets, while Mesquite’s coverage is markedly thinner. The Las Vegas Sectional adds the wider visual-navigation context that the airport diagram and terminal procedures do not provide.
