FS2004 Aeropuerto De Guanaja

This is a downloadable add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight, though it is also compatible with the X-Plane simulator using a scenery converter such as the FS2004/FSX Scenery converter for X-Plane. There are no noted version conflicts.

It contains the Airport of Guanaja (Aeuropuerto De Guanaja, abbreviated "GJA"), also known as La Laguna Airport, in Guanaja, one of the small Bay Islands of Honduras in the Caribbean. The airport is the one of the only transportation access points to the island from the mainland. It has flights daily, though it is a low traffic location.

GJA is located in the GMT -6 time zone and at Longitude:85° 54' 20'' W and Latitude:16° 26' 42'' N. This file is a scenery add-on that requires the base game to function. It is zipped and will require decompression software to use. The mod can be installed by decompressing it into Flight Simulator 2004's "Addon scenery folder." When Flight Simulator 2004 is started, you must go to the settings and select Scenery Library. Then, add the area by selecting where GJA was saved.

Simply restart the program, and the Aeropuerto De Guanaja will be available for use! It is one of the niche airports in the world that few will ever visit. This is one of the only add-ons for any flight simulator that allows the user to travel to the remote Island of Guanaja. The creator of this mod is William Henry Carcamo, and it was released in November 2005. There are no patches available for it.
