Editorial

This mod was something that I decided to try as I felt like the FS2004 moving jetway animations of the past were VERY limited in modern styles. Having downloaded this to see what changes it would introduce to the table, this makes a very impressive and telling difference to what was there before.

This nice little add-on for the jetway is very impressive and is a really nice, if somewhat minor, improvement to the old look. I would happily recommend that anyone engaged with the realism of their flight simulation experience tries this out as it does make such a commanding difference.

Indeed, one of the most impressive factors here is the use of the animations on each model – it looks really authentic and is far more impressive than without it being there. It’s these little things that make all the difference and I would not be without them when using an older sim.

As we all grow so used to the luxuries of FSX it can be nice to drop back into reality a little and see the impressive style that add-ons like this can bring to the table.

It’s all in the mind in terms of what you enjoy, but I really do love the simplicity of this add-on. It does everything that it suggested it would and does in a classy manner, whilst also offering a far more effective and charming look over what the original FS2004 system would have – for that reason alone, I would happily recommend this mod.
