Installation:
- Just copy AFCAD to Microsoft Flight Simulator X/Addon Scenery/scenery folder. Delete all other AFCAD files for this airport.
Tested with FSX+Acceleration, Ultimate Airport Environment X, FTX AU Traffic V.200, PAI, WOAI, and custom traffic.
