FSX Bronco X CDF 140

CDF 140 (N414DF) brings an authentic California Department of Forestry paint scheme to the Aerosoft OV-10 Bronco X, matching the aircraft as photographed at the Wings over Wine Country airshow in 2007. Built from the official repaint kit, it adds crisp exterior textures and accurate registration detail for FSX and requires Aerosoft Bronco X.

CDF140 (N414DF) repaint for the Aerosoft BroncoX. By Nathan Havercroft.

This is a set of textures of CDF aircrft 140 (N414DF) for the payware Bronco X from Aerosoft. These textures represent the aircraft as photographed by myself on 08/18/2007 at the Wings over Wine Country airshow. At that time it did not have any home base markings.

This repaint is freeware, however, please do not upload this repaint anywhere without permission. These textures were made using the Aerosoft repaint kit, so thanks go out to the original artists.

In order to make the download smaller I have only included the revised textures but I have modified the texture.cfg file to fallback to the Aerosoft CDF scheme. Everything should work fine, at least it did in my testing!

Installation:

Copy the "texture.CDF140" folder into your "Aerosoft OV-10 CDF" folder. Then open up your aircraft.cfg file and add the following lines:

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

I am very interested in obtaining the CDF bronco for my FSX Flight Simulator Program. Question are there any FIRE BOMBERS Available in FSX Example Douglas Ad-26 Invader, Douglas DC-4, DeHavilland CL-215 Amphibian Martin Mars Flying Boat (Or) Sikorsky SkyCrane Helitac Bombers. I would like to know if there are any of the above that would also be compatible with FS2004 whichis my Other Program?
