FSX Aeropark Zynkraal Scenery

Aeropark Zynkraal (FAZK) brings a small general aviation training airfield near Pretoria, South Africa into Flight Simulator X, with tailored airport layout and surrounding details for believable circuit work and local hops. For best visuals, requires FSX Acceleration, while remaining compatible with SP2.

Aeropark is situated near Pretoria and hosts a flying school. FSX Acceleration will give the best results.(Also SP2 compatible). Acceleration users will have more eye candy!

Windows 7 users follow the following instructions:

  1. Unzip "Zynkraal.zip" to a temp folder.
  2. Copy the "Aeropark Zynkraal" folder to your "FSX/scenery" folder.
  3. Copy the "AFX_FAZK_ALT.bgl" file to your "FSX/scenery/world/scenery" folder.
  4. Run FSX.
  5. On the main page go to "settings".
  6. Now click on "scenery library".
  7. Now click on "Add area" and search for the scenery folder.
  8. Double click on the scenery folder and look for the"Aeropark Zynkraal" folder.
  9. Double click on this folder and then you shall see a texture and a scenery folder. Click on the open area outside the two folders.
  10. The scenery will now load!
  11. Go to free flight and choose "FAZK" to start your flight!

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
