Qantas Airways Douglas DC-4-1009 VH-EBL textures recreate the aircraft’s 1954 appearance with period-correct markings and airline details, matching its post-war airliner history. Designed for FS2004, this repaint requires the JBK Douglas DC-4-1009 base model and adds an authentic Qantas variant for classic propliner routes.

This represents Qantas Airways DC-4-1009 VH-EBL as it would have appeared in 1954. It was not a converted C-54B but a post-war DC-4-1009. It was originally delivered to Trans Australia Airlines in 1946. It was sold to British Commonwealth Pacific Airlines in 1948 and purchased by Qantas in 1949. It was sold to Ansett-ANA in 1961.

Copy the included texture.QFA folder to your 'JBK Douglas DC-4-1009' aircraft folder.
Add the following section to your DC-4-1009 aircraft.cfg file, numbering it in sequence.

I recommend making an additional change to the aircraft.cfg file. I suggest adding the following line to the [propeller] section for more realistic performance.
