TAR Airline’s Vickers Viking 1B repaint brings photorealistic exterior textures and authentic markings to classic propliner operations in FS2004, tailored for Rick Piper’s Viking model and paintkit. It updates the TAR scheme in a single package and requires the FSDS2 Vickers Viking base aircraft for use.

Textures only. These photorealistic textures for the Vickers Viking 1B represent the TAR Airline scheme. This is a repaint by Francisco Izquierdo M. of the Viking model by Rick Piper, using his paintkit published in 2003.

Whit this file you don't need my previous TAR archives: vv_tar.zip and vvtar_fix.zip.

Unzip into the folder where you have the Viking installed, e.g. (Flight simulator)\aircraft\FSDS2 Vickers Viking.
Open the Aircraft.cfg file in the FSDS2 Vickers Viking folder in notepad. Add the following section to the beginning of the file, just below the similar sections already present. Change the x in [fltsim.x] to the next number following the [fltsim. ] sections already present.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
