Frecce Tricolore-themed repaint brings the IRIS Christen Eagle II aerobatic biplane to life with a crisp fictional display scheme and authentic-style markings for formation and airshow flying in FSX. It includes a dedicated texture set and aircraft configuration entry, and requires the payware IRIS CE2 base aircraft.

  • Copy the folder texture.silv into "IRIS Christen Eagle II" folder.
  • Then copy the following into aircraft.cfg in the folder.
  • Remember to replace the X on the [fltsim.X] with the appropriate figures.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
