FS2004 AFCAD2 Of KHOU

KHOU William P. Hobby Airport, located south of downtown Houston, Texas (TX). Hobby is one of Southwest Airlines many hub airports. It also has a large amount of corporate jets. Also included is the control tower position. By Eric Fricke.

There was NO add-on scenery used this is the default scenery form FS2004. The problem this causes though is that Microsoft didn't update KHOU for FS2004 thus this AFCAD is really based on what I can remember on how Hobby was set up before the new terminal was built.

The airlines that operate at Hobby are as follows: American and partners, AirTran, Delta and partners, Southwest. I also included 3 small gates coded for overflow and 3 small GA-Ramps for overflow of the regional carriers. In addition to the commercial airlines William P. Hobby is a major airport for Houston's Corporate jets with six different FBO's at the airport. So I've included 87 parking spots most of which are sized for corporate jets, yet a few I sized for smaller general avition such as Cessnas and simulary sized aircraft.

I highly recommend that you place the proper parking codes into your aircraft cfg files and resize your aircraft models radius using Thomas Molito's which can be found on his web site. AFCAD2 by Lee Swordy can also do this task for you.

Installation:

Simply unzip and copy the BGL file into your Flight Simulator\Addon Scenery\scenery\ folder.
