FSX MAIW Peruvian Air Force Part 1 Texture Fix

Peruvian Air Force Mirage 2000 AI textures resolve the opaque cockpit issue in Dan Bourque’s MAIW repaints, restoring clear canopy and cockpit transparency for more convincing ramp scenes and fly-by traffic. Designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, the fix targets the Mirage 2000 texture set while keeping the original look and markings intact.

These AI replacement textures fix the opaque Mirage 2000 cockpit in FSX for the Peruvian Air Force repaints by Dan Bourque. Use only in FSX and make a backup of the original textures in case you like to revert. Installation:

Extract the content of the zip file, and place the "AI Mirage 2000" folder into your FS2004/FS9 aircraft folder. Move the "Traffic_m2k.bgl" file into the "Scenery\World\scenery" folder.
Afcad files aren't provided for Cambrai, Dijon & Orange AB. Until you find/create some parking spots, you will not have AI traffic.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
