Aeriane Swift’Light brings the SWIFT foot-launched sailplane to FSX with hang-glider-style takeoffs and landings plus efficient high-speed soaring, delivering around a 25:1 lift-to-drag feel. The g-Max model includes full animations, a detailed virtual cockpit, and custom-built gauges for an immersive lightweight rigid-wing experience.

Aeriane Swift'Light for FSX. The SWIFT is a high performance foot-launched sailplane, designed to combine some of the convenience of hang gliders with the soaring performance of sailplanes. It takes off and lands like a hang glider, yet maintains exceptional performance at high speeds, achieving a lift-to-drag ratio of about 25:1. Although it is a fully-cantilevered rigid wing with aerodynamic controls and flaps, it weighs only about 100 lbs and is easily transported on the top of a car. This model made with g-Max features full animations,detailed VC and custom built gauges.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
