FSX / P3D livery / repaint

FSX Air Canada Boeing 747-400 (new livery)

Air Canada’s updated Boeing 747-400 livery brings a clean, contemporary look to the default jumbo, with sharp markings and a polished finish that stands out in the virtual cockpit and on the ramp. Designed for FSX, the texture set requires the stock Boeing 747-400 model for an authentic airline repaint experience.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D livery / repaint
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.
  3. Update aircraft.cfg

Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
