FSX BAC Bombcorde

BAC Bombcorde brings a fictional RAF strategic strike Concorde concept to life with a distinctive windowless fuselage, radar nose details, and external Blue Steel-style missile loadout inspired by late-1960s British Aerospace studies. Designed as a repaint for FSX, it requires the Libardo Guzman xConcorde model and includes matching aircraft.cfg entries for accurate in-sim identity.

BAC Bombcorde A repaint for the Libardo Guzman xconcorde for FSX. The subject of a number of BAC studies through the late 1960's, the wagishly named 'Bombcorde' was a proposal for a stand off bomb carrier; cruise missile in today's venacular, for the strategic strike role with RAF Strike Command. An artist's illustration made its way into the 1966 RAF yearbook. The study showed a windowless fusalage, bombing radar nose and optical sighting provisions. Armament was shown as three BLUE STEEL type missiles carried externally - a war load of some 51000 lbs - resumably at the expense of some fuel load. By Mike Barnes.
