Two mountaineers have had an accident in a nearby lake and your amphibian is perfect for the SAR job. You volunteer for the task even though the weather is deteriorating fast. How to install this mod

FSX / P3D mission
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place mission files

Missions go into FSX\Missions\ as a sub-folder. The folder must contain an XML file describing the mission.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

It is an okay mission. You will need a good amphibian, such as the Carenado Cessna 185 Bush or the Aerosoft Beaver. If you dont have either, you can get the Soloy-Cessna 206 from Simouthouse.com and flightport.de. Landing at the guides house is not very hard, just come up the valley and do a straight in. Flying to the lake, you will need to climb a lot, so you may need to do a few 360s while you are climbing. If you are using any other weather than very calm, make sure you check the winds before you land. (when i landed, i got blown across the lake.) When you are leaving the mountains, make sure you climb enough to clear all of the mountains (i didn't). When you get to the hospital, all you will see is a helipad (if you even see it.) Since i am in a airplane, i turned down the road traffic to zero and pretend like they blocked off the roads for me to land. Taxi in on the side of the wooden fence (don't hit the metal one) and you will see some people waving. Once you are there, thats it!
