FSX Go Bucks Mission

Go Bucks Mission puts sports-charter flying front and center in FSX, tasking pilots with transporting Ohio State fans to a rivalry game in a guided scenario with custom triggers, atmosphere, and an optional reward. The mission integrates into the built-in Missions system and adds a fresh, story-driven flight with clear objectives and replay value.

Copy the "OSUvsMichigan" folder to your FSX Missions folder.

Copy the "rivalry.RWD" file to your FSX REWARDS folder if you want to get the reward.

This is my first attempt at creating a mission. I am not a pilot but have enjoyed the game since I first played a DOS version in 1985. All content was freely downloaded from the internet and as I am not charging anything I don't believe I am breaking any copyright laws.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D mission

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place mission files

    Missions go into FSX\Missions\ as a sub-folder. The folder must contain an XML file describing the mission.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
