Otis ANGB (KFMH), Falmouth, Massachusetts (MA). An improved version with added parking, fire station with trucks, replaced buildings, added static vehicles and more. By Jim Cook.
MS didn't do much with military bases in FSX. Here is an improved version of the stock Otis ANGB, formerly Otis AFB. I added Military_Cargo and Military_Combat parking spaces. I added the fire station and fire trucks. I removed and replaced many default buildings, added additional buildings, replaced and moved the control tower. Added static fuel trucks, helicopters, construction vehicles, parking lots with cars and light poles. Added, removed, or adjusted taxiways and aprons as needed.
I use Just Flight's Military Plus Packs and they work fine with this airport. I also use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.
I will be doing other military bases as time permits.
Extract the two files AFX_KFMH_JC.bgl and KFMH_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.
