RCGM Taoyuan Air Base, Taiwan. This is an improvement of the default Taoyuan Air Base in Northern Taiwan. RCGM was the home base of several ROC Air Force units, including the 35th "Black Cat" Squadron that flew deep penetration missions into China using U-2. The base was turned over to the ROC Navy in 2007 and now serves as the home for fixed-wing ASW aircraft. Satellite imagery available online were used to reposition taxiways, add and resize aprons, and add civilian gates and military aircraft parking. Prominent buildings were represented using stock library objects. Created using Airport Design Editor 1.39b by Mike Huang.

Aircraft Parking Guide:

1. W Parking locations are on the main tarmac.

2. NW and SW Parking locations are the ready aircraft shelters on either end of the runway.

Installation:

1. unzip the content of this package to the Addon Scenery folder of your FSX.

2. start FSX, and add this scenery from the menu.

This package is supplied as freeware and SHALL NOT be used nor distributed in any manner for generating monetary profit. Repaints, and distribution thereof, are welcome.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
