P-51D Mustang textures for RCAF 442 “Caribou” Squadron KM232 receive subtle repaint harmonization, correcting small visual irregularities for sharper panel lines and more consistent surface detail in the virtual cockpit and exterior views. Designed for rivet-counter accuracy in FSX and requires the A2A Simulations P-51D repaint package MUSTJAS2.ZIP.

Small fixes to repaint textures for the A2A Simulations P-51D of RCAF 442 'Caribou' Squadron aircraft KM232 (MUSTJAS2.ZIP). For rivet counters and visual obsessives only. Textures by Grant MacLean.

Actually texture adjustments/harmonizations to things I knew about, but then found myself irritated to fly with ... and then uncomfortable about the high number of downloads with the minor irregularities. Apologies for the inconvenience.

INSTALLATION:

1. Unzip JASFIX.

2. Drop the TEXTURE.KM232 folder into the WWII_FIGHTERS_P51D folder allowing to overwrite.

Repaint by Grant MacLean/A2A Simulations.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
