Willmar’s procedure set serves only two of its four runway ends, but combines two RNAV (GPS) approaches with ILS and localiser capability. That gives the covered ends both satellite-based procedures and a ground-based approach option, rather than spreading coverage across every available alignment.
The 5,500 ft asphalt runway provides 2,520 ft more length than the 2,980 ft turf runway, making the two strips materially different in the aircraft dimensions and surface requirements they can accommodate. Each of the five listed nearby airports has four published charts, so their chart coverage is uniformly close to Willmar’s five-chart set; none stands out as substantially broader or thinner. The Twin Cities sectional adds wider-area VFR context not contained in the terminal procedures.
