Procedure coverage

Skagit Regional has a compact, evenly divided instrument set: two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two runway ends, leaving the other two ends without published approaches. No airport diagram accompanies the procedures, so the chart set does not provide a dedicated plan view of the runway layout.

Runways and surrounding coverage

Runway 11/29 is 2,480 ft longer than 04/22; any operation requiring more than 3,000 ft of runway is therefore limited, on length alone, to 11/29. Nearby procedure coverage varies sharply. Whidbey Island NAS and Bellingham International have substantially broader chart sets, while DeLaurentis has coverage closest in scale to Skagit Regional. The Seattle Sectional adds the wider visual-planning context absent from the airport’s instrument procedures.
