South Arkansas Regional at Goodwin Field has approaches to only two of its four runway ends, concentrating all instrument coverage on half of the available landing directions. The ILS provides a precision option, complemented by RNAV (GPS), VOR and localiser procedures. Runway 04/22 offers 1,501 ft more length than 13/31, creating a material difference in available runway distance between the two alignments. No airport diagram is published, so the procedure set lacks a dedicated plan view of the runway layout.
Minden has the broadest procedure coverage among the listed nearby fields, although its set remains thinner than El Dorado’s. Ralph C Weiser Field and Harrell Field sit in the middle, while Springhill and Warren Municipal/John B Frazer Jr Field have the sparsest coverage. The Memphis Sectional adds wider visual-planning context beyond the terminal procedures.
