Fresno Yosemite International’s two parallel runways are served at all four ends, avoiding the one-direction bias found in thinner procedure sets. The mix of ILS, RNAV (GPS) and localiser procedures provides several forms of instrument guidance, while one ILS includes CAT II/III minima. Both runways exceed 8,000 ft, with 11L/29R extending 1,531 ft farther than its parallel; the airport diagram is therefore useful for distinguishing runway and taxi routing.
Lemoore NAS has the nearest comparable depth of published procedure coverage. Fresno Chandler Executive, Madera Municipal, Reedley Municipal and Hanford Municipal have much thinner chart sets. The San Francisco Sectional adds the wider visual and airspace context that the airport diagram and terminal procedures do not provide.
