Brewster Field’s compact procedure set serves two runway ends, with RNAV (GPS) providing most of the approach coverage and a VOR procedure adding a second navigation method. The absence of an airport diagram makes the individual procedure sheets the principal published terminal references.
The 4,701 ft asphalt-concrete runway provides substantially more usable length than the 2,429 ft turf runway, making the latter relevant only to aircraft able to operate within its shorter distance and turf surface. Kearney Regional has a notably broader chart set than Brewster Field, while the other listed nearby airports have similar or thinner coverage. The Omaha Sectional adds wider VFR context around Holdrege beyond the terminal procedures.
