Hayward Executive’s RNAV (GPS) and localiser procedures both serve a single runway end. Published instrument arrivals are therefore concentrated on one alignment; the reciprocal end and both ends of the parallel runway have no listed approach. The two parallel runways also differ sharply in length: 10R/28L offers 2,586 ft more than 10L/28R, so they are not interchangeable where available runway length is a deciding factor.
San Francisco International and Oakland San Francisco Bay have much broader procedure sets than HWD, while San Carlos and Palo Alto have notably thinner coverage; Livermore Municipal is closer to HWD’s level. The San Francisco Sectional supplies wider-area VFR context, while the Terminal Area Chart adds a more focused local depiction beyond the airport-specific procedures.
