Approach coverage across both runways

Worthington’s five approach plates serve all four runway ends, so the published instrument coverage is not confined to one alignment. Four RNAV (GPS) procedures are complemented by ILS and localiser capability. The 5,500 ft runway provides 1,300 ft more available length than the crossing runway; an aircraft requiring more than 4,200 ft could therefore use only the 11/29 alignment on runway length alone.

Regional chart context

Nearby procedure coverage is uniformly thinner. Slayton, Windom and Jackson each have four published charts, while Sibley and Fuller have only two. The Omaha Sectional adds the broader visual-navigation context around Worthington that the airport-specific instrument procedures do not provide.
