XNA has two concrete parallel runways of virtually identical length, each about 8,800 ft. Choosing between them therefore involves no meaningful loss of physical runway length. Published approach coverage is concentrated on two of the four runway ends, with ILS, localiser and RNAV (GPS) procedures represented. This provides both precision and satellite-based guidance, but not procedure coverage for every available runway direction.
Springdale Municipal and Rogers Executive have chart sets closest in breadth to XNA’s, with Bentonville Municipal also relatively well covered. Smith Field has fewer procedures, while Crystal Lake’s two-chart set is markedly thinner. The Kansas City and Memphis sectionals add broader visual and regional context not contained in the terminal procedure charts.
