Approach coverage

Rogers Executive–Carter Field’s three approach plates serve both ends of its sole runway. Two RNAV (GPS) procedures provide satellite-based coverage, while the ILS/localiser option adds precision guidance on one end. An instrument procedure is therefore available from either direction, but the ILS is not duplicated at the opposite end. With no second strip, runway 02/20’s 6,011 ft length and alignment are the only available choices.

Regional chart context

The published set is similar in breadth to nearby Northwest Arkansas National, Springdale Municipal and Bentonville Municipal. Crystal Lake’s coverage is markedly thinner, while Smith Field sits between those extremes. The Kansas City Sectional adds broader visual route context not supplied by the airport diagram, departure procedure and approach plates.
